Ingredients

    1.5 pounds lean ground beef
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp milk
    1 Tbsp yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp dried onion flakes
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp Italian herb seasoning blend
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1/4 Cup bread crumbs (seasoned or plain)

Directions

In a large bowl, slightly beat egg. Add milk, mustard, dried onions, worcestershire, herb seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix well and let set for 1 minute. Stir bread crumbs into egg mixture. Mix ground beef with egg mixture. Use 1/3 cup measure to evenly divide ground beef into 9 equal portions. Form patties to be about 4-5 inches. Grill or broil 4 minutes per side, until completely cooked through. Makes 9 hamburger patties.

Serve with buns or over lettuce leaves to save calories. Enjoy!
