This is my version of a broccoli slaw. My family and I love to eat vegetables and this is a very quick, easy and tasty way to do so. Hope you enjoy this as much as we do. Ingredients

10 oz bag broccoli slaw
170g cole slaw mix
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup cashews (chopped)
1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
2-3 tbsp splenda (I prefer 2, hubby prefers 3)
fresh cracked black pepper
Directions
Makes 6 servings
Combine broccoli slaw and cole slaw mix in a large bowl. Mix in vinegar, sesame oil, black pepper and splenda. Stir until combined. Just before serving stir in sunflower seeds and cashews. Mix well and enjoy! (This can be made ahead and gets better if it is refrigerated for an hour before serving. We prefer to eat it as soon as it is made).
