Introduction

This is a quick and filling lunch. I sprinkle crushed chilli on to to give it a bit of a kick. This is a quick and filling lunch. I sprinkle crushed chilli on to to give it a bit of a kick.

Ingredients

    1 small pita bread
    1 tablespoon leggo's pizza sauce
    Small mushroom sliced thinly
    Small tomatoe sliced thinly
    70 grams marinara mix
    2 anchovies if desired
    .25 cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Spread base with pizza sauce. Add mushroom, tomato,, marinara mix, anchovies and top with the cheese.

Bake in oven set at 200 degrees and cook till bottom is crisp and toppings are cooked through. Approx 10 to 15 minutes.

Serve either on its own or with a side salad.
