Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    24 Thawed, medium shrimp
    24 Mushroom slices
    4 Slices bacon cut into 24 pieces
    24 1/2 in. Zucchini slices
    salt / pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice


    Garlic Sauce:
    1/2 c. Melted margarine
    2 Tbsp. Minced onion
    2 Cloves or 1 tsp. Garlic
    1 tsp. dried Parsley or 1 Tbsp. fresh
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1 Tbsp. Lemon juice




Directions

Mince garlic, and onion in food processor, add maragarine and rest of Garlic Sauce ingredients.

Peel shrimp (if not already peeled). Alternate on skewer, shrimp, mushroom, bacon and zucchini. Brush with Garlic Sauce.

Cook in broiler for 3 mins. on each side or grill skewers on grill for 6 minutes on each side. Brush each side with garlic Sauce. Brush with straight lemon juice before serving. Serve alone or over lightly seasoned rice and lettuce salad.
