    3 cups mashed Strawberries (about 1 quart)
    1 cup mashed Bananas (about 4)
    1.5 cups sugar
    1 package freezer pectin


1 Preheat oven to 400.
2. Bake bananas with peels on aluminium covers baking sheet for 15 minutes, then allow to cool
3. Meanwhile, hull, quarter and mash strawberries, one layer at a time with potato masher.
4. Mix in bananas into strawberries in large bowl.
5. Mix sugar and pectin in a separate bowl then combine with strawberry mixture. Stir for 3 minutes.
6. Spoon mixture into 5 -8oz freezer safe jars, with .5 inch headspace. Allow to sit for 30 minutes to create jell.
