Ingredients

    1 lb of stew beef
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 medium onion (optional)
    1 package of lipton onion soup mix (dry)
    1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (Condensed)
    1 cup red wine
    Brown rice

Directions

Brown the meat first and drain off any excess liquid.
*A medium onion can also be added and browned at this time
Combine the remaining ingredients
Cook on low heat for 1:30-2 hrs
