This is a tasty and nutritious soup my husband cooked up for me. :) This is a tasty and nutritious soup my husband cooked up for me. :)
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 cups Swanson Beef Broth
    2 cups Swanson Beef Stock
    2 cups Carrots
    1 Bag (5 cups) Bird's Eye Pepper Stir-Fry
    2 15.5 oz. cans Great Value Northern Beans
    2 15.5 oz. cans Hunt's Diced Tomatoes w/ Basic Garlic & Oregano
    5 cups Green Beans
    Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, to taste
    Black Pepper, to taste
    Salt, to taste


Directions

Add all ingredients to your pressure cooker. Set for 15 minutes. Wah-Lah!

Makes 20 - 1 cup servings

This dish can also be made with Vegetable Stock rather than Beef Stock for our vegetarian friends. :)
