Ingredients

    Beans, black, 1 can
    Beans, red kidney, 1 can
    *Del Monte Cut Green Beans, 1 can
    *Peppers, red, chopped 1 medium
    Cider Vinegar, 1/2 cup
    Olive Oil, 1/4 cup
    Scallions, raw, chopped 2 small
    Oregano, ground,1/4 tsp
    Basil, 1/4 tsp
    *Stevia, 1 packet,
    Pepper, black, to taste
    Salt, to taste

Directions

Drain and rinse all beans. Chop pepper and scallions. Mix all ingredients. Makes approx TEN 1/2 c servings. Best if chilled for 24 hours before serving.
