Ingredients

    *1 can (10.75 oz) Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free)
    * 3/4 cup skim milk
    * 1 cup elbow shaped macaroni
    * 12 oz cooked chicken breast
    * 1/4 cup diced onion
    * 1 cup reduced fat shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, divided
    * 1/2 cup panko style bread crumbs
    * Pepper and paprika to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook macaroni according to package & drain.

In a bowl, combine milk, soup, chicken, half of the cheese, onions, pepper, paprika, and macaroni. Mix well.

Put mixture in 8x8 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray, top with panko breadcrumbs, cover, and bake for 50 minutes.

Uncover, top with remaining cheese, and bake about 5 minutes longer or until cheese melts.
