Ingredients

    2 tsp. olive oil
    3 oz. pork chop
    3 slices bacon (optional)
    1 large onion, chopped (1.5 cups)
    2 carrots, chopped (1 cup)
    4 cups chopped raw cabbage
    300 grams soba noodles
    Bull Dog tonkatsu sauce

Directions

Heat oil in wok. Heat meat in oil, drizzle with 1 T tonkatsu sauce. Add onion and carrot, saute, and drizzle with 1 T tonkatsu sauce. When onion begins to soften, add cabbage and drizzle with 1 T sauce. When cabbage starts to wilt, add the soba noodles. As the noodles heat, stir to break up and drizzle with remaining 3 T sauce. Once noodles are heated through, serve. Serve with chopped scallion and benishoga (red pickled ginger)on the side.
