Introduction

Ingredients

    1 avocado, diced
    1 mango, diced
    1/2 cup diced red onion
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & minced
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1 lime, juice & 1 tsp. grated zest

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Let sit at room temperature 1 or more hours for flavors to blend.
