Ingredients

    2/3 cup dry orzo pasta (about 4 oz)
    1/4 feta cheese crumbles
    1 cup fresh parsely, loosely packed and chopped
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Cook orzo to package instructions. Drain.
2. Stir in feta, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
