Ingredients

    4 Perdue Fit & Easy Thin Sliced Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
    4 thin slices of ham from the deli counter (about 3.5 oz)
    4 thick slices swiss cheese (about 2.5 oz)
    3 Tbsp butter
    1/4 c bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp paprika
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp thyme


Directions

1. Lay the chicken breast flat onto your cutting board, place 1 slice of ham lengthwise on each breast, then place the cheese across one end of the breast - ham should run about the same length of the chicken breast and cheese should run about the same width of the breast.

2. Roll the chicken up starting at the cheese end

3. Mix bread crumbs with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika and thyme.

4. Coat each chicken roll in the bread crumb mixture

5. heat 1 Tbsp butter in a hot skillet and add chicken rolls seam side down, cook for about 2 minutes and then turn over, (you may need to add another 1 Tbsp of butter at this time) cook for another 2 min.

6. transfer browned chicken rolls into a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray or with another 1 Tbsp butter melted in it.

7. cook on 350 for about 20 minutes
