Ingredients

    2 c. Reduced Fat Bisquick
    1 c. Canned Pumpkin
    1 t. Pumpkin Pie Spice
    1 t. Cinnamon
    1 t. Orange Peel, dried
    1/2 c. Flax Seed, ground
    1/2 c. 2% Milk
    1/2 c. Craisans, chopped
    1/2 c. Walnuts, chopped
    1/2 c. Honey
    1/4 c. Water
    1/4 c. Orange Juice


Directions

Mix all ingredients well and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 16 regular sized muffins.

Not very sweet, perfect with coffee or as a quick energy snack.
