Ingredients

    Beef cut into small cubes 1 pound
    Cabbage slice into one cup
    Onions slice into 1/2 cup
    Green Pepper .5 cup chopped
    Garbanzo 1 cup
    Summer Squash 2 cups

Directions

Brown the meat - do not touch it until after five minutes
Flip the meat
Throw in all the vegetables
Toss it around after three minutes and then again
