Ingredients

box Carroll Shelby's Chili mix
ground turkey meat
8 oz tomato sauce
14.5 oz ready cut diced tomatoes
15.5 oz dark red kidney beans
large onion
large red (or green) bell pepper
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Dinner will be ready in seconds!
Brown turkey meat.
Add onion and pepper and saute until tender.
Add chili seasonings, leaving out the masa flour and salt. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes and kidney beans. Heat and serve! You can put this in your crockpot and let it simmer after you have browned the turkey meat if you would like.
Serve optional toppings: cheddar cheese, sour cream, tortillas chips. My family likes it when I make up a batch of mini cornbread muffins to go with it but they are definately not low cal or low carb!
