Ingredients

    1 -4oz peach or plain soy yogurt
    3/4 cup of frozen fruit
    1/2 cup sweetened Vanilla almond Breeze milk
    1 cup crushed ice (

Directions

makes one 12-14 oz smoothie or two 6-7 oz smoothies

put all ingredients in blender and mix on high until thick and smooooooth!
