Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 lb ground chuck
    2 cups canned mushrooms
    0.5 cup jalapeno pepper
    0.5 cup green bell pepper
    0.5 cup banana pepper
    2 large eggs
    2 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp garlic powder or 1 tsp fresh garlic
    mixed grain hamburger buns

Directions

Takeand finely chop green, jalepeno, banana peppers in food processor. After chopping place in large bowl. Now, do same to mushrooms then add to bowl. Add turkey burger, ground chuck, eggs, salt, black pepper and garlic to bowl. Mix together. Seperate into 12 balls, press into patties. Cook on Grill outdoors or on indoor grill. makes 12 burgers. Burgers may be frozen before cooked if preferred to use them at a later time.
