Introduction

I was in a hurry to get my kids fed & ready for my dad to take them for the weekend,I had no sitter so I could run to the store,so I just threw together some cooked white rice,with a bag of peas&carrots,a bag of corn,saute some onions & mushrooms,opened a can of cream of chicken soup & called it a day. Ingredients

    White rice
    Peas
    Carrots
    Corn
    Cream of Chicken Soup
    Mushrooms
    Butter
    Onions
    Salt-to taste (optional with salted butter)
    Pepper

Directions

Defrost the frozen peas,carrots & corn in a strainer with hot water running over them. Cut the onion & chop the mushroom pieces to about the same size,saute them in butter until the onions are translucent,add the cooked white rice & mix in the defrosted veggies,add the salt & pepper along with the can of soup. You pretty much just throw it all together! mix in water until the pot had reached you desired consistancy. Makes about 10-1 to 1 & a half cup servings. Not quite sure,it was a "Throw Together"!
