Ingredients

    1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh
    salt and pepper
    1/8 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp rosemary
    extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Sprinkel chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and rosemary on both sides. Let sit uncovered for 1 hour. Bruch one side with olive oil and put in a hot gill pan. Cook for 4-5 min. rotating once. Brush up facing side with olive oil and turn over. Let cook another 4-5 min until done, rotating once.
