Ingredients

Borden Eagle Brand Condensed Milk, 20 tbsp
Mel-O Pure Clover Honey, 16 tbsp
Cointreau orange brandy liqueur, 1 oz
    MCCORMICK Ground Cinnamon, 0.5 tsp
Amport Foods Dried Cranberries, 1 cup
    Diamond Shelled Walnut, 1 cup
    Southland's Finest, 1 cup
    Mariani Whole Almonds, 1 cup
Oat Meal (Quaker Oats - Old Fashioned - dry), 6 cup
    Vanilla Extract (Optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Dry toast the oats, and all nuts. On a low-medium heat, mix the condensed milk, honey, cointreau, cinnamon, and vanilla extract, heat for about 5 minutes, stirring continuously. Put all the ingredients together, and mix until all incorporated, then place on a half sheet pan. Place a plastic wrap, and with another sheet pan on top, press the Granola as hard as you can. Remove the sheet pan and plastic wrap on top. Put the granola in the Preheated oven for 20 minutes, turn the sheet pan every 5 minutes. Please take note that this time might be not be the exact time, sometimes it depends on your oven, so always check every 5 minutes.

Note: Please make sure to place parchment paper on your sheet pan, and spray the pan before and after putting the parchment paper (This will save you so much time).

Hope you enjoy Josephine's Granola :)
