Introduction
This is a re-working of the cole slaw recipe from SHELLPRO, because hers was just the dressing. This one includes my variations in the dressing, plus the actual cabbage and carrots that I think make a really good cole slaw. Ingredients

1 head of cabbage, shredded fine
3 medium carrots, shredded fine
2 green onion, chopped
the dressing:
1/2 c. light mayo ( or miracle whip will give a bit more zing)
1/2 c. reduced fat sour cream
1 T. nonfat milk
1 T. lemon juice
a little less than 1 T. prepared mustard
1 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T. Splenda or sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. celery seed (optional)
Directions
1. Combine the dressing ingredients.
2. Add to the shredded veggies.
3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Makes 15 servings of approx. 2/3 cup.
