Ingredients

zuccini, scallop squash, onion, canned mushrooms, i can't believe it's not butter spray and spread, garlic salt, pepper, grated parmesan
Directions
chop squash onion and zuccini into bite sized pieces. Add 1/2 cup of canned mushrooms. Spray mixture until coated with i can't believe it's not butter spray. Add a tablespoon of I can't believe it's not butter spread to the mixture after it is added to the dish you intend to cook it in. Add 2 tbsp of grated parmesan, a tbsp of garlic salt, and pepper to taste. Mix with at spoon to coat evenly and bake uncovered at 400 degrees until veggies reach are starting to soften. (about 20 minutes)
