    * Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 can
    * *White Rice, medium grain, 2 cup
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Milk, nonfat, 2 cups
    * Light Flora (UK), 60 g
    * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    * Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup, diced
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup
    * *Flour, white, 0.25 cup
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced


Preheat oven to 180degrees C. Grease an oven proof dish with either spray or margarine. Boil the rice until cooked. Heat Margarine and add the flour to form a smooth paste. Slowly add the milk to form a white sauce. Once cooked add tuna and season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat a little oil and fry onion and celery until soft but not browned. Add to white sauce and tuna mixture. Make layers in the oven proof dish starting with the rice and ending with the sauce. Grate the cheese and mix with the bread crumbs. Take the sliced tomato and place on top of layers. Sprinkle the cheese and breadcrumbs over the top and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese has melted. Enjoy!
