It sounds odd to add spinach, but you can't taste it and you get the added benefits for only 13 calories. Ingredients

    8 oz Silk Soy Light - Plain
    1 tbsp Flax oil
    1 rounded scoop vanilla whey protein powder
    .25 cup frozen spinach (or fresh, whatever is on hand)
    1 tbsp cocoa powder
    1 packet (1 tsp) Equal/artificial sweetener
    A few ice cubes, depending how think you want the shake

Directions

Combine ingredients, blend. Easiest if adding the soy milk first.
