Really delicious way to get in your beans. The amount of chips and cream cheese can be lowered or raised, depending on if you're eating at home or making it for a potluck. Ingredients

1 can chili beans (with sauce)
1 can pinto beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1 10oz. can enchilada sauce
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 6oz. bag Fritos
1 8oz. brick reduced fat cream cheese
1 8oz. bag 2% sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all canned ingredients, 4 oz of corn chips and 4 oz shredded cheddar in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Cut the cream cheese into cubes and push the cubed cheese into the casserole. Spread evenly, but do not stir. Put the remaining corn chips on top of the casserole and cover in the remaining cheddar. Return to the oven for 15 more minutes or until the cheddar is fully melted.
Makes about 12 1 cup servings.
