Introduction

This recipe was adapted from one I found on the internet. I add mushrooms (sliced whole mushrooms) to my sauce for added flavor. Some folks may way to add red pepper flakes to spice this up a bit. SO YUMMY!
I let mine simmer for hours though. I also use regular pepper instead of white pepper because it is what I have on hand.
Delilcious, healthy way to enjoy spaghetti.

    Very Good
For those people looking for recipes with very little salt, this is very good. I eliminated the hamburger and just sauteed the onion and garlic in the olive oil. With the beginning of the season for fresh tomatoes this is a good way to use them. - 7/9/10
