This is a family-sized batch that is good served over toast or rice. This is a family-sized batch that is good served over toast or rice.
Number of Servings: 8


    12 hard-boiled eggs
    8 T Wondra flour
    1/2 c butter
    4 c milk
    1 Tbsp pepper


Finely grate egg yolks and set aside.

Coarsely chop egg whites.

Combine the milk, flour, and pepper. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

Once sauce has thickened, add egg whites and heat through.

Serve over toast or rice. Top with grated egg yolk.
