    oatmeal
    non-fat yogurt
    agave nectar
    egg whites
    vanilla protein powder
    cinnamon to taste
    **optional blueberries and bee pollen

Directions

Mix oatmeal, protein powder, egg whites, cinnamon and about 1/4c water

cook like an omelet on both sides

Mix yogurt and agave nectar. Then top this on your pancake w/ optional fresh berries/fruit or bee pollen
