    * Trader Joe's Black Refried Beans, 1/4 cup
    * Mixed Salad Greens, 1 cup
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1/8 cup, diced
    * Avocados, 1/2 diced w/o skin or seed
    * La Tortilla Factory, Large Original Low Carb Tortilla, 1 tortilla
    * 1 lime


Spread beans over center of tortilla. Pile on the salad greens, diced tomatoes and avocado. Spritz with the juice of one lime. Salt and pepper to taste if desired (not included in nutrition) Roll it up and enjoy!
