Ingredients

    16 oz. broccoli slaw
    60% pkg surimi (8 oz) - 3 servings
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 can mandarin oranges - no sugar added
    1 can sliced water chestnuts

    Dressing:
    reserved pineapple juice
    rice wine vinegar
    sesame oil
    salt or seasoned salt
    grated fresh ginger

Directions

Combine ingredients. In small cruet, combine ingredients for dressing. Dress, toss, and serve. Great lunch!
