Ingredients

    Mix together:
    2 bunches broccoli
    1 jar Hormel Real Bacon Pieces or 10 slices cooked bacon crumbled
    1 cup raisons
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup peanuts or cashews (nutrition count is for roasted, salted peanuts)

    Mix together:
    1 cup Hellman's Real Mayonnaise
    1/2 cup raw sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

Drizzle or spread dressing over vegetables - DO NOT MIX
Let stand overnight or at least 3 hours.
Mix just before serving.

Not mixing dressing and veggies ahead of time keeps veggies fresh and crisp; also, makes a nice seal on veggies so it's easy to carry to potlucks,
