Introduction

Black beans, chickpeas, tuna and veggies Black beans, chickpeas, tuna and veggies
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    can of tuna
    can of chickpeas
    can of black beans
    1/2 cucumber
    1/2 large red pepper
    1/4 large red onion
    sliced green olives
    3 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp smart balance light mayo

Directions

Rinse beans and put in a large bowl. Drain the tuna and add to the bowl. dice peppers, onions and cucumber, and add to bowl. Add olives, mayo and olive oil. Mix well. Serve!
