Ingredients

8 oz package Red Cabbage, diced small
8 oz package Shredded Carrots, diced small
1/4 small or 1/2 cup Red Onion, diced small
1/2 cup Jicama, peeled and diced small
1/4 cup Annie's Organic Aisan Sesame Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Balsamic or Red Wine Vinegar
Salt and Ground Pepper
Directions
Dice all vegatables into very small pcs.. Place in large mixing bowl. Add dressing, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving but will be better if prepared the night before!
