Ingredients

    2 cups frozen organic mixed berries
    1 cup unsweetened green tea
    1/4 cup raw local honey or agave nectar
    4 ounces pasteurized egg whites
    1/2 cup organic low fat Greek or regular plain yogurt

Directions

In a blender add frozen berries and green tea. Pulse to break up the fruit. Add the honey, egg whites and yogurt and blend until a smooth shake-like consistency. Add more green tea or water if the mixtures has trouble blending.

Make vegan by substituting silken soy tofu for yogurt and omitting the egg whites.
