Beans, corn and tomatoes. Beans, corn and tomatoes.
Number of Servings: 8


    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1.5 cups frozen corn
    1 can diced tomatoes, half fluid drained.
    Cayenne, chili powder and garlic powder as desired.


Put all ingredients in a frying pan. Cook until considerably thickened.
