Ingredients

You'll need 150 g oatflakes, 0.5 cup of sunflower seeds (hulled), 0.25 cup of various nuts, 15 g raisins, 40 g unsalted butter, 3 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of sugar

Directions

Roast oatflakes in a pan for about 7-10 minutes on low heat and without any oil. Get them on a plain surface and reduce them (in a smaller pieces) with rolling-pin or with any other heavier thing.
Then roast sunflower seeds (it may take several minutes).

Cut raisins and nuts in smaller pieces. (Actually, you can use whatever you want - various nuts, raisins, dried berries or fruits. Also you can use various flakes insted of only oatflakes).

Put oatflakes, sunflower seeds and raisins with nuts in a bowl and mix together.

Get another bowl, take butter, sugar and honey, place them together and put that bowl on the low heat. Stir steadily till everything will melt in one solid liquid. Than just let it for more 2 minutes to finish cooking.

Butter, honey and sugar mix put in your bowl with other ingridients. Mix everything. Now take a dish with a flat surface, put all the mass in that in not so thick manner (mine was about 1 cm thick). Put everything in refrigerator for 2 hours.

After these 2 hours, you can cut the mass into smaller pieces. I made 12 granola bars from these ingridients.

Caution - place you granola bars in refrigerator again if not eating :)
