    400 grams chicken breast, cubed
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    350 grams marinara-ricotta sauce
    50 grams dried porchini mushrooms, soaked
    400 grams pasta, cooked
    basil, salt and pepper to taste


Fry chicken breast and cube
Cook pasta till al dente
Add porchini mushrooms and chicken cubes
Add marinara -ricotta sauce
Add some fresh basil, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm.
