Introduction

Mango, red bell pepper, tomato, avocado, red onion, lemon juice & balsamic vinegar. This makes a great salsa too! I love it just like this or you can add anything else you want. Ingredients

    1 Mango
    1 Tomato
    1/2 Avocado
    1/2 Red or Orange Bell Pepper
    3 Tablespoons Red Onion
    1/2 Lemon-juiced
    2 or 3 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar


Directions

Chop mango, tomato, avocado, red onion & bell pepper. Add lemon juice & balsamic vinegar.

I calculated it for the whole thing. I makes enough for 3 or 4 people as a side salad, or a huge bowl for salsa.
