Ingredients

    Acorn squash
    1/2 medium Apple chopped
    1 tsp Walnuts
    1 TBS Cranraisins
    1 tsp butter or margarine
    sprinkle Cinnamon

Directions

Cut acorn squash in 1/2 and scoop out the seeds, set aside.

Cut apple and chop 1/2. Evenly place the chopped apple in each 1/2 of the squash. Add walnuts, cranberries, cinnamon. Top with a teaspoon of butter or margarine.

Cover and cook at 375 for 30 minutes or until done.
