Delicious Vegetable Salad with a Pasta Base! Delicious Vegetable Salad with a Pasta Base!
Number of Servings: 6


    Dreamfields Pasta, cooked & drained & lightly seasoned with the olive oil, 6 servings
    Parmesan Cheese, 1 T
    Black Beans, .75 c
    Avocado, 1/4 c
    Tuna, 2 cans water packed, drained, flaked
    Miracle Whip Free, 4 T
    Celery (diced), 1/2 c
    Onion (diced), 1/3 c
    Carrot (grated) 1/3 c
    Mushrooms (sliced), 1 c canned, drained
    Tomatoes (diced), 1 can (87 cal)
    Yogurt, plain fat free, 3/4 c
    Rosemary, fresh herb, 1/2 handful (or fresh basil)


Prepare each individual ingredient and add them all together. Carefully stir. Chilling in frig will improve flavor. You may choose to add more oil, dressing, chicken instead of tuna. Takes about 1/2 hour. Serves 6 people.
