Ingredients

2 cups shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 Tablespoon finely grated onion
Dressing:
6 Tbsp olive oil mayonnaise (Kraft or Hellmann's)
2 teaspoons (10 mL) lemon juice
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Splenda (the one that measures like sugar)
1 teaspoon salt
dash pepper
Directions
Shred the cabbage, carrots, and onion. Add the dressing ingredients to the bowl: lemon juice, sweetner, salt and pepper, and mix well. Best used right away.
