Ingredients

    1 lb of ground turkey
    3 leeks, wash & chop in half and then slice in half rounds
    1 lb of mushrooms sliced
    2 Roma tomatoes, sliced in half and then cut lengthwise
    Olive Oil
    Salted butter
    Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb

Directions

Cook leeks & mushrooms on low with butter & olive oil till soft. Put on lid to pan to sweat. Set aside. Cook meat until done. Drain meat and add mushrooms & leeks & roma tomatoes. Add spices and simmer until all ingredients have melded flavors. (about 5-7 minutes)

    Very Good
    I made this exactly to the recipe and found it to be quite good. My DH enjoyed it as well but added extra salt. He noted that it would be very good with some fresh spinach added. Will try that next time. - 7/18/10
