Ingredients

-12 ounces of cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
-5 Tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
-6 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
-1/3 Cup chopped onions (can caramelize for fuller flavor)
-1/2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
-1/4 Teaspoon of crushed red pepper
-1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
-dash of Tabasco sauce
