    150g spring greens (shredded)
    3 spring onions (scallions)
    1/2 orange bell pepper
    1/4 yellow bell pepper
    pkt terriyaki sauce
    6 baby sweetcorn
    100g quorn (chicken flavour)

Directions

Makes 2 servings

cook in shallow pan with a little water

no need to add extra salt
