    Pasta, cooked, 8 oz
    Broccoli florets, cooked, 2 cup
    Carrots, raw, 6, sliced
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    natural peanut butter, 1/3 cup
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tbs
    Lemon Juice, 2 tbs
    Chicken stock, .75 cup
    Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Waterchestnuts, 1 8 oz. can
    Cooked Chicken, light meat, 1.5 cup, chopped or diced
    Scallions, raw, 4, sliced

    Lettuce or Napa cabbage diced up
    1/2 cup mandarina orange slices for garnish


Cook pasta for 8 mins.
Add Broccoli and carrots and cook 4 more mins.
Drain and rinse with cool water
Place in large bowl

Blend garlic, ginger, peanut butter, honey, soy sauce, Worcestershire, lemon juice, stock and sesame oil until smooth. Pour over pasta, add chicken, water chesnuts and scallions.

Serve over lettuce or Napa cabbage

Garnish with mandarin orange slices
