Ingredients

    2 cups water
    one branch fresh chocolate mint

Directions

Pour 2 cups water into a large jar (pasta sauce jars work well). Wash the mint and pull off the leaves (use 1/4 to 1/2 cup leaves). Tear into tiny pieces and place in the jar. Cap and set in the sun. (Note: this is water, not tea. It doesn't need to be very hot.) After a couple of hours, remove the jar from the sun and allow to cool. Place into the fridge overnight. The next day, strain the mint water before serving.
