Introduction

This is so yummy! Perfect side dish for a fruit salad. This is so yummy! Perfect side dish for a fruit salad.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 slices whole grain bread, cubed
    2 whole eggs
    1 egg white
    1/2 cup low fat milk
    2 tablespoons nonfat plain yogurt
    Salt
    Pepper
    Cilantro
    3/4 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400
2. Spray small cassarole dish 8 by 8 works well with cooking spray
3. Cube bread and arrange evenly along bottom of cassarole dish
4. Combine all ingredients except cheese in a small mixing bowl
5. Pour over bread.
6. Spread cheese evenly along top.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
8. Remove foil and continue baking for 10 minutes.
9. Let cool 5 minutes, slice into 6 even pieces
10. Enjoy with a seasonal fruit salad
