Wonderful non-pasta take on lasgna with a slight south of the border twist :) Wonderful non-pasta take on lasgna with a slight south of the border twist :)
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 Flour Tortillas
    1 cup of salsa
    1 cup of shredded fat free cheese
    8 oz of cooked ground meat seasoned to liking

Directions

Layer the tortiallas much like you would for lasgana and then build the lasgna with layering the salsa, meat and then cheese.

Bake until cheese has melted and tortiallas are cripsy.
