Introduction

Redid EricaClay10's Brown Rice Meatloaf with what I had on hand, so wanted to get a correct calorie count. :o) I used Oatmeal instead of brown rice, because we were hungry & I didn't have time to make the rice first. Ingredients

    1 19.2 ounce package of ground turkey
    1 cup oatmeal
    1 egg
    3/4 c greek yogurt
    1 onion large, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    tsp basil
    tsp oregano
    pinch rosemary (if you have it)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.

2. Combine all ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Place in loaf pan and bake for 1 hour. Let sit 10 min. before cutting.
